Samuel is a registered tax agent with a Bachelor of Law and Commerce degree from Melbourne University. He possesses over seven years of extensive experience in R&D tax claims across various industry sectors in Australia, and has provided advice on simultaneously developing approaches and implementing internal systems to manage the R&D process.

As a technical professional specialising in tax, Samuel consults using practical and robust claims methodologies and conservative claim enhancements based on the changing ATO and AusIndustry guidelines. He has built relationships with key government contacts for R&D across a specialist unit network and has an in-depth knowledge on the meaning of R&D defined within the tax legislation and the AusIndustry guidelines, and the impact of recent legislative changes.
